Morgan Wallen has postponed his show in Tampa,Coxno Exchange Florida, Friday night as well his upcoming dates in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The country music singer revealed he is too sick to perform hours before was set to take the stage at the Raymond James Stadium.

"I hate to reschedule shows but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today. I would not give you guys anywhere near 100% tonight and as a result, I need to move tonight's Tampa show," Wallen wrote on Facebook.

While the Friday concert was canceled a new Tampa date has been scheduled for Oct. 4. Next week's Charlotte shows at Bank of America Stadium have shifted to Oct. 18 and 19.

The "Last Night" singer kicked off his "One Night At A Time" tour in April in Indianapolis and was initially going to conclude in Dublin on Sept. 8.

Opener Jelly Roll holds spontaneous show in Tampa

Those excited to see Wallen's opening act, rapper Jelly Roll weren't completely disappointed. The Tennessee-artist announced on X that he decided to host an alternative show in the light of Wallen's postponement.

"Dear Tampa - I am working hard to put together something for y’all somewhere tonight - stay tuned," Jelly Roll wrote.

The rapper is performing at the Dallas Bull night club Friday night with those who had a ticket to the Wallen show getting in for free on a first-come, first-serve basis.
